On Valentine’s Day, Lucy and Jonson decided to go shopping and have a casual browse of new and distinctive products. Suddenly, Lucy saw a Tiffany union shop she had always cherished. Without hesitation, Lucy ran toward that shop with Jonson. Lucy fell in love with one latest launched necklace with a diamond studded on a club. Thinking that it was Valentine’s Day, Lucy implied that she wanted this Tiffany necklace as the Valentine present. However, Jonson directly ignored her implication. With disappointment and discontent, Lucy quarreled with Jonson and returned home. A wonderful date ended this way.

Not long after Lucy reached her home, Jonson appeared outside her home with the Tiffany necklace in his hand. Lucy could not forgive Jonson at first because she was so sad and depressed. She couldn’t understand the reason why Jonson didn’t get her mind because they had been together for three years. And 5 days later, it will be the commemoration day of the foundation of their relationship.

Though it has been three years, the time they spent together is no more than one month because Jonson has to work in London and she has to stay in California to continue her study as a postgraduate. In these three years, Lucy is jealous of those girls who have a boyfriend aside them so that they can enjoy the considerate cares of their boyfriends. But she has to undertake the things which should be undertook by a boyfriend in these three years. Only when Lucy finishes her discourse and holiday researches, she can meet Jonson. Though Jonson has mailed many exquisite presents and delicious food to her and given her a call every day, it is still not better than a boyfriend aside.

On this Valentine’s Day, both Lucy and Jonson canceled many schedules and succeeded to spend this Valentine’s Day together. And Lucy thinks it obligatory that Jonson satisfy her requirement and make her happy. Therefore, when Jonson didn’t read her mind, she cried for a long time at home.

“I know I should make up for you. It’s not easy for you to spend life without me aside. I have planned to buy you a surprising present but I don’t know what you are longing for. Now I have got it. Just now I ignored your implication on purpose because I wanted to give you a surprise. Sorry to have made you cry baby.” Jonson said gently to Lucy. After wearing this Tiffany necklace for Lucy, Jonson brought Lucy to the next surprise prepared for Lucy – a romantic candlelight dinner.
