Offered by last years teachers, Jeans Expert and Designer Muriel Salimin (currently working for Macy’s fashion Label American Rag) and Fashion Designer & Consultant Richard Mkoloma (Freelance designer for Puma, Sean Jean, Levi’s and many more) teachers strengthen their team and broaden the workshop by adding a 3rd teacher as introducing, Fashion Designer and Creator Adam Rogers.

Adam is an all round British Artist who Graduated Best BA (HONS) Menswear designer of the year from London’s Prestigious Central Saint Martins in 2007. Whilst at the Brit school Adam studied Arts and Design, gaining a reputation for his customized clothes from T-shirts to jeans.

After graduating Adam gained critical acclaim for his collection and was soon to see his work in the international press including, Vogue, The World Global Style Network, Japanese Fashion Bible Popeye, and even the British news paper The Guardian.

Today’s world’s ambassador of classic design, ralph lauren; swiftly noted Adam’s talents. The Guru of American fashion noticed specifically Adam’s new refined tailored inspired look which led to the designer flying Adam to New York and taking him on as a designer for Ralph Lauren’s luxurious Purple Label.

The children and their clothing are live action, while the props and backgrounds are pure watercolor-Style animation. On a bright and sunny school day, the teacher sends the students to their easels, from which their joyously colorful creations come to life. River’s drop of lost paint transforms the classroom into a natural paradise of flowers and trees. Oliver paints ice cream and cupcakes that appear on the table; Willow draws flowers and a party dress; Jasper crafts chocolate chip cookies; Mae paints a kitten; and Zoe decorates with red bows. The nearly 4:00 video concludes with a grand party to cheer up Elle, the newest student.
"Ralph Lauren wanted something sophisticated, magical and artful that would truly express the brand of Ralph Lauren Kids," noted Tiny Inventions Co-Director Ru Kuwahata. "We’ve worked with them on previous projects, so we have a really nice feel for their aesthetic, and we were able to come up with something they were really happy with."

The Ralph Lauren team shot the live-action footage with a RED ONE camera, with on-set supervision from Tiny Inventions, who produced all the animation with After Effects, Photoshop, Flash, and Final Cut Pro. "The toughest part was breaking the hand-painted watercolors into layers in the computer without losing the feel of bleed and smudge," stated Tiny Inventions Co-Director Max Porter. "The highlight, though, was dealing with the live-action kitten, who performed perfectly on the first take. We always draw animals, so dealing with the real thing was a treat."
"Tiny Inventions is a master at blending live action footage with whimsical animation," noted DUCK EP Mark Medernach. "Their unique aesthetic and versatility is one of the many reasons that Ralph Lauren – and so many other clients – return to them again and again to handle their most important projects. Born to Russian immigrant parents Frank and Frida Lipschitz, Ralph’s Fashion sense was always apparent, even at an early age. Determined to look stylish, he saved up the money he earned after school to buy expensive suits, appreciating the quality and image that these garments gave him. Much of his early fashion education was gained from trips to the cinema and from Esquire magazine, with Katherine Hepburn and the Duke of Windsor becoming his idols.

When Ralph was 16, he and one of his older brothers grew tired of people making fun of their surname of Lipschitz, and so decided to change it to Lauren.

After leaving high school, Ralph took business classes at the City College of New York, dropping out after two years. He then entered the US army in 1962, leaving in 1964 and marrying Ricky Low-Beer.

After landing a job as a glove salesman, he then moved on to selling ties at A. Rivetz & Co., which ultimately led to the fashion empire he leads today. He began designing his own ties, and opened his first shop in 1967. Lauren’s ties were made from colourful Italian silk, and were almost twice as wide (and expensive) as standard ties, becoming an immediate success. He founded his company ‘Polo Fashions’ in 1968, choosing the name to reflect a sense of power, Style and intrigue, and launched his range of menswear. This line, with its preppy English-tweed style, was soon adopted by the fashionable young Ivy League men, as it provided a look that was more interesting than the standard suit, but less radical than the alternative psychedelic hippie designs.
